RECIPES WHOLE WHEAT BLENDER PANCAKES Place in a blender at high speed for 2-3 minutes:
Note: Some wheat blends up thicker than others. You will need to adjust the liquid if the batter is too thick. You can also use powdered milk and powdered eggs in this recipe. Variations: Buttermilk pancakes: Substitute 1 cup buttermilk for the regular milk. Add orange or apple juice instead of milk. YUM Substitute oat groats for the wheat berries for blender oat cakes, or half wheat and half oats for a different taste. Any way you prepare them, they are GREAT! And EASY TOO! |
