From the beginning, with 10,000 pounds of wheat delivered to my doorstep, to our cookbook filled with recipes of simple wheat cookin', Pam and Sandy have enjoyed compiling and tasting recipe after recipe of ideas and delectables from their family and friends. They have found that people in general have gotten away from using the whole wheat kernel for cooking and have relied upon processed and less than nutritional flours.
